Front desk staff were polite and helpful.
The room was disappointingly cramped for two people. Accessing the public bath was underwhelming, as it barely fit a few individuals. I was frustrated by the iPad remote. it was often unresponsive, causing delays in adjusting the room's settings.

Had an awesome experience! The Theater Double Room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The hot spring bath was relaxing, and there’s a public bath too. Breakfast was yummy, with loads of local produce. Staff was helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained!

The onsen provided a relaxing experience, particularly appealing for a hotel at this price point. The location is conveniently close to multiple dining options, and I found delicious Tuscan cheese at a nearby restaurant that was truly memorable. However, the lack of natural light in the room left something to be desired, and the amenities, while eco-friendly, felt somewhat limited. There were moments when the bed didn't offer adequate support for a comfortable sleep, affecting the overall experience.

I stayed for six nights while exploring the nearby attractions like the Railway Museum and Hikawa Shrine. The variety of pillows available was a nice touch, and I appreciated being able to grab amenities from the lobby whenever I needed them. The hangout area on the second level with washer-dryer facilities was also convenient for my family. Overall, it was a decent experience with clean spaces, though I found the rooms a bit cramped for comfort.

The staff were super friendly and willing to help where they could. Enjoyed a good soak in the onsen although it got crowded a bit later in the evening.
